Perhaps to others, but please don't take offense when I'm not interested. If you bring a baby to a black-tie affair or a dinner party of all adults, I will shun them. Because I can. And because babies make me intensely uncomfortable in the best of settings but more so when all the adults start cooing them or dress them as animals- which is its own version of fucked.
I am supposed to coo over their every drool or spit up?
Let us hope not.
